HVAC Technician
- Description:
- Technicians are responsible for maintaining communication with the managerial, dispatch, and parts and installation teams. Technicians will also keep company trucks clean; inventory up to date; repair air conditioning, heating, control systems along with humidity and temperature control systems for residential customers; provide preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems; and complete paperwork per each task.
Members in this position should build strong customer relationships and have the knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations so they may perform in a timely manner.
- Salary: $22 – $35 an hour
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, repair or sales
- Familiar with highly efficient equipment, inverter technology, mini-splits, and heat pumps
- Ability to maintain care of personal and company tools and materials and to accurately diagnose and repair residential equipment
- Possess a strong understanding of electrical components, wiring and controls
- Proficient with electronic documents on mobile devices to complete invoices
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to undergo background and drug screening.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

HVAC Duct Installer
- Description:
- A Duct Installer will have the proper knowledge of and ability to install flexible duct systems, refrigerant lines and inside and outside insulation, ventilation ductwork, and hanging air handling units. Duct Installers should also make sure everything is up to code all in new and residential construction.

HVAC Rough In / New Construction Foreman
- An HVAC Rough In / New Construction Foreman will assist in preparing rough-in of new air conditioning and heating systems. This individual is expected to braze and solder various metals to connect piping; read a duct & ventilation plan; install reduction boxes, triangles, and trunk lines; return air boxes and drops; install bath vents, dryer vents, range vents, and flue pipes; and run copper and drain lines. The Foreman is also expected to layout platforms in preparation for trim mechanics. Additional duties may be assigned.
- Salary: $18 – $22 an hour

Foreman HVAC Roofing
- The role of HVAC Foreman is critical is to lead and develop a small to mid-sized crew in a safe and timely manner during the installation and inspection of HVAC systems. This role includes managing installation to work scope and specifications, independent and proactive problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Salary: $38 – $44 per hour
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC & OSHA Certification
- JP license OR 4 years minimum construction experience and 2 years MEP
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, repair or sales
- Familiar with highly efficient equipment, inverter technology, mini-splits, and heat pumps
- Ability to maintain care of personal and company tools and materials and to accurately diagnose and repair residential equipment
- Possess a strong understanding of electrical components, wiring and controls
